Crown Wellness Coaching
We recently had a chance to spend an afternoon filming with Crown Wellness Coaching owner Stephanie Ross. Stephanie is a health coach and a CHIP facilitator. Having never heard of CHIP but always interested in health and nutrition, I was really impressed with what Stephanie shared about the goals of the program and how it worked.
